Services

We offer a wide range of services including haircuts, hair coloring, manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, and makeup application. Our servicing is designed to accommodate clients with physical and mental limitations.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

To begin services in the salon, clients must first complete and return our Intake Form. Intake forms are available at the reception desk of the facility, on this website, or can be emailed to you in digital form. Once completed, please scan and return the form to [email protected] with the resident's name as the subject.

We understand that most of our clients may have some memory loss. The stylist will go to the client's room and remind them of their appointment if needed. Also, our booking system will notify you of any upcoming appointments by text or email.

We are a cashless business. Billing is done after the completion of the appointment. We will charge the client's card that is left on file and email a receipt of the charges to the email address left on file.

Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express

We operate as a cashless business. Clients must be approved before services can begin. Approval of servicing is reliant upon the return of this Intake Form and the Credit Card Authorization Form. For continuous servicing we ask residents to have a card on file

Payments for services are made at the end of each week and receipts

for payments will be sent to the email address of the Responsible Party. We impose a surcharge of 3% on the transaction amount on debit and credit cards, not greater than our cost of acceptance.

It is highly recommended that you make an appointment to ensure availability. However, we do accept walk-ins if there is availability. Clients still must complete an intake form prior to servicing.

Clients can be seen the same day or week of when their form is returned. Appointment time depends on the availability of the schedule.

Tips for your stylist can be given to them directly in cash or can be included in the service amount.

Example: Please add a 20% tip to all of my mom's appointments.

Though we are a cashless business, please keep in mind that our stylists do work very hard to service our guests. Residents and family members can leave tips in cash or by instruction on this form. Tip instructions may also be left at the time of service.

If your loved one is at a facility that offers retail family members and residents may add retail to their service invoice whenever requested. Please ask your stylist about pricing.
